(MENAFN- Daily News Egypt) Russia has banned sales of tour packages to Turkey and all charter flights are prohibited and regular air travel will be regulated, Russia's First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov said.
Shuvalov added in press statements Monday that all sales of the package tours to Turkey have been stopped for the time being. Further, charter flights to Turkey are banned, except for the flights that are used to retrieve Russian tourists from there, Shuvalov said.
Shuvalov pointed out that Russian sanctions against Turkey will not affect any contracts signed before 31 December.
Shuvalov noted that there will be no food shortage in Russia after enforcing restrictions on relations with Turkey.
