Hyundai, Kia sales gradually return in China


(MENAFN) Hyundai Motor Co. and its partner KIA Motors Corp. saw their sales steadily rebound in China from a months-long fall.

Moreover; the two companies which they are the top automakers, sold a mutual 156,575 units in China the previous month, up 4.7 compared with the same month a year earlier.

Additionally, the sales represented 8.9 percent of whole market order in Oct, up from the last month's 8.4 percent.

Accordingly, China is one of the huge overseas markets, while Hyundai Motor and KIA Motors have been under pressure in the face of stepped-up competition from homegrown players.
