Two people killed by projectile from Yemen on Saudi Jazan

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) JEDDAH Nov 30 (KUNA) -- Two Yemenis were killed in Jazan by a projectile fired from the Yemeni territories said Saudi authorities Sunday night.The civil defense crews received a report on the fall of a projectile from the Yemeni territories killing two Yemeni expatriates said spokesman for the Directorate of Civil Defense in Jazan region Major Yahya Al-Qahtani.He added that necessary preventive measures were taken for the safety of citizens and expatriates.Saudi Arabia supported by Gulf nations has been leading an Arab-coalition bombing Yemen's Houthis and allied army units loyal to ex-President Ali Abdullah Saleh since March 26 upon a request from legitimate President Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi in order to restore legitimacy in that Arab country.Saudi Arabia's forces and the Houthis have been exchanging fire across the borders since the start of military operations of the Arab alliance in Yemen.
