Turkey hopes for further EU accession talks after summit

the European Union after a summit on migration in Brussels this
Sunday Turkish EU minister Volkan Bozkir told the state-run Anadolu

Chapter 17 on economic and financial issues was on the agenda for

EU membership talks are broken down into 35 chapters or policy areas
in which countries must bring their laws in line with EU standards.
Of these 14 have been opened with Turkey and one provisionally
concluded.

Relations between Turkey and the EU would be "dealt a fresh hand"
Bozkir said ahead of the extraordinary EU migration summit this
