Egyptian exports to Germany climbs 2 percent in 2015


(MENAFN) Egypt's trade and business ties with Germany this year has seen robust growth despite the problems facing the Egyptian economy, based on reports.

In 2015, German exports to Egypt surged 37 percent, whereas Egyptian outbound shipments climbed 2 percent, as it mainly exported vegetables, fruits and juice.

Egyptian top firms showed great interest in Germany as they partook in Germany's Bauma exhibition, the world's largest trade fair in the construction industry.

Meanwhile, Egyptian and African market has a number of investment chances, as the African continent is a fresh market that needs more foreign direct investment.
