The culinary team of Al Bustan Centre & Residence will showcase a selection of non-vegetarian and vegetarian biryanis for families, colleagues and friends to enjoy. For non-vegetarians, chunks of tender mutton are combined with traditional spices creating a delicious Mutton Dum Biryani while vegetarians will take pleasure in the Vegetable Biryani. There is also Chicken Yakhni Biryani, Tandoori Chicken Biryani and Shrimp Biryani.
One of the most favored dishes from across India and the Orient, the Biryani's aromatic rice, tender meat and flavorsome vegetables packed with authentic spices will create a feast from the sumptuous rosewater and saffron marinated chicken to a generous portion of tasty inspired shrimps.

The Biryani ingredients have been specially selected to ensure a mixture of clientele can appreciate and savor the distinct flavors during this festival of traditional food. The dishes will be served in a covered earthen pot, similar to how it was prepared at home. All Biryanis will be served with papa, pickle, raita, mirch ka salan (chilli gravy) and soft drinks. There are also combos available for non-vegetarian biryani with fried chicken and soft drinks and Vegetable Biryani with fried cauliflower and soft drinks. Remove the pepsi replace with soft drinks. Remove the prices.
