NEW YEAR'S GALA DINNER UNDER THE STARS
Spend the evening at a red carpet event on The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai's Gulf Lawn, with unbeatable views of the sea and the magnificent Palm Jumeirah fireworks, minus the crowds. A lavish buffet will be served with Middle Eastern and international cuisine, alongside exhilarating live entertainment.

AED 2,700 per person, with free-flowing beverages including sparkling wine, and half a bottle of Champagne at midnight.
NEW YEAR'S JOURNEY TO THE EAST
Blue Jade will welcome the new year with an Asian feast, comprising a five course set menu of Asian cuisine, with dishes inspired by flavors of Vietnam, Thailand and Japan. Lively entertainment will be provided by Asian-inspired dancers, whilst terrace seating offers stunning views of the Palm Jumeirah fireworks and the resort's lush landscaped gardens. At midnight guests will be served a glass of Champagne and invited down to the Gulf Lawn to join the countdown celebrations.

NEW YEAR'S PARTY AT LA BAIE LOUNGE
Guests to La Baie Lounge can dance their way into 2016 in the relaxed ambience of the outdoor lounge, with an uninterrupted view of the beach and Palm Jumeirah fireworks. Dance music will be courtesy of a female DJ, and entrance includes two drinks from a special New Year's Eve selection.
