Turkey proclaims new renewable energy support tools


(MENAFN) Turkey revealed a sequence of new subsidies, in order to help energy equipment production, as it increases its renewable energy targets.

Moreover; renewable energy turbine, as well as wind energy production, will be allocated as "priority financial area" by the Turkish government.

Additionally, Turkey wants to make investments of almost USD 130bn in the area, in order to meet its rising energy needs by 2023.

Investments in Turkey will be maintained for seven years by also taking advantage from VAT exemptions, customs tax, as claimed.
