Chinese Sun Paper to construct USD1.3b mill in US


(MENAFN) China's Shandong Sun Paper Industry Joint Stock Co., Ltd. will construct a pulp mill valued at USD1.36 billion in the U.S. state of Arkansas, based on reports.

The pulp mill will assumedly produce 700,000 tons per year, in a place which houses plentiful of forests plus Arkansas will take care of applying incentives for the project.

Sun Paper will hire required third parties to help with investment matters, such as choosing the location of the pulp mill and acquiring environmental assessment approval.

Sun Paper is one of the most advanced transnational enterprises of paper making and integrator of forest-pulp-paper, one of the biggest private enterprises in China.
