(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Launch, a series of associated learning events for Qatari nationals, has confirmed Qatar Finance and Business Academy (QFBA) CEO Dr Abdulaziz al-Horr as a keynote speaker at the upcoming Launch Conference.
Launch facilitates the professional development of Qatari nationals by equipping them with professional knowledge and skills, as well as cultivating responsibility, ambition and ownership for their personal career development. The second Launch Conference will be held from December 1 to 3 in Doha.
During the event, participants will develop their social media management skills, organisational effectiveness and critical analysis, problem-solving and executive coaching skills, besides enhancing their emotional intelligence and personal strengths through networking events, according to a statement.

The second Launch Conference will centre on the theme, "Mind and Motivation", which will explore critical-thinking skills, motivating self and others as well as examining emotional intelligence and professional mindfulness.
