(MENAFN) Half of companies in the Middle East offer better advantages for their workers, in order to keep their key talent.
According to a report, 45 percent of companies surveyed offered improved advantages.
In addition to this, the report showed that most companies have small ESB liabilities, with the common, at 39 percent.
Moreover; most of these companies indicated that they provide a supplemental clear contribution plan.
