Qatar- Emir performs rain prayer

HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani joined worshippers in performing Istisqaa (rain-seeking) Prayer at Al Wajbah prayer ground yesterday morning. The rain prayer comes in line with the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) when rainfall is delayed. HH the Deputy Emir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad al-Thani and HH the Personal Representative of HH the Emir Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad al-Thani took part in the prayer. A number of sheikhs and ministers also participated in the prayer.
