ERC inaugurates Prosthetics Centre and Special Needs Association in Aden

ABU DHABI 18th November 2015 (WAM) -- The Emirates Red Crescent ERC yesterday inaugurated the refurbished Prosthetics Centre and Association for Developing People with Special Needs in Mansurrah Aden in the attendance of Jaafar Mohamed Saad Aden's governor and a number of officials.

ERC said in a report that the construction and rebuilding works included the maintenance and refurbishment of the buildings in addition to infrastructure maintenance of waterelectricity and sewerage systems for both centres at a cost of more than AED 500000. The ERC has allocated over AED74 million for rehabilitation and maintenance to operate health and therapeutic projects in the governorate of Aden.

ERC will also rebuild and refurbish Khalifa Hospital along with two others as well as equipping and operating the Dialysis Centre at the Republic hospital at a cost of AED 35 million.
