UAE- Mohammed governor of Virginia discuss trade ties

His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai on Sunday received Terry McAuliffe Governor of Virginia.

Shaikh Mohammed and Terry McAuliffe reviewed bilateral relations between the UAE and the United States in various fields especially in trade and investment.

Shaikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Crown Prince of Dubai and Shaikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Deputy Ruler of Dubai were also present at the meeting.

Shaikh Mohammed and the Governor of Virginia also discussed a number of issues of common interest and aspects between Dubai and Virginia.

The meeting was also attended by Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Chairman of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation; Mohammed Abdullah Al Gergawi Minister of Cabinet Affairs; Reem Ibrahim Al Hashemi Minister of State; Mohammed Ibrahim Al Shaibani Director-General of His Highness the Ruler's Court Government of Dubai; Major General Mohammed Ahmed Al Qamzi; and Khalifa Saeed Suleiman Director-General of the Department of Protocol and Hospitality in Dubai. - Wam
