Jordan gets USD 137.72m help from Germany


(MENAFN) Germany helped Jordan with USD 137.72 million, technical assistance and soft loans that greatly target important sectors of Jordan.

The help includes the water and sewage removal, solid waste management, professional training and education sectors, among others.

The Ministry of Planning Imad Fakhoury emphasized on the importance of Jordan's tactical partnership with Germany that helps the interests of both nations.

He also added: "The breakdown of this assistance is as follows: USD 48.45mn a soft loan; USD 32.30mn as grants and USD 24.66mn as technical assistance."
