(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Secretary of Defense Ash Carter spoke with French Minister of Defense Jean-Yves Le Drian by phone Sunday morning in which the leaders "agreed on concrete steps" to take against ISIL, the Pentagon revealed in a statement.
This has been their second call since the terrorist attacks in Paris on Friday in which they shared actions that both governments are taking in the wake of the attacks.
