MUAE- inister of Environment stresses benefits of 034strategic retreats034

DUBAI 15th November 2015 (WAM) -- Dr. Rashid Ahmed bin Fahad Minister of Environment and Water has stressed the importance of sharing ideas critical thinking and scientific assessment when it comes to facing prominent issues and challenges in order to develop government work pointing out that organising a strategic retreat to step away from the day-to-day activities for a few hours a day or even several days depending on the type of change that's needed is one of the most important incentives behind enhancing government action and achieving organisational excellence.

In a speech during a strategic retreat organised by the Ministry in Dubai Dr. Rashid bin Fahad said that retreats support the bonds of interdependence and cooperation between employees and provides an opportunity to take a closer look at suggestions opinions and ideas as well as boosting intellectual creativity to help the development of environmental work and apply the finest practices to contribute towards more success in the sectors in the UAE especially the environment.
