left Riyadh last night after heading his country's delegation to the 4th Summit of Arab and South American countries concluded here yesterday.
He was seen off at King Khalid International Airport by Saudi Ambassador to the Republic of Chile Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Awad and a number of officials.
