Saudi- US Treasury Department Holds First US Gulf Central Banks


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Riyadh Muharram 29 1437 Nov 11 2015 SPA -- The US Treasury Department has recently organized the first US-Gulf Central Banks Dialogue between them at the Federal Reserve Bank's headquarters in New York.
The dialogue was held in participation of senior officials from the US Treasury Department; Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) and central banks in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for Arab States and chaired by the U.S. Secretary of Treasury for Terrorist Financing Daniel Glaser in the presence of SAMA Governor Dr. Fahd bin Abdullah Al-Mubarak; Governor of the Central Bank of Bahrain Rasheed Mohammed Al-Maraj; Governor of the Central Bank of Kuwait Mohammad Yousuf Al-Hashl; Governor of the UAE Central Bank Mubarak Rashid Khamis Al-Mansouri; Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Qatar Sheikh Fahad bin Faisal Al Thani and Undersecretary of the U.S. Department of Treasury for International Affairs Nathan Sheets.
