8th GCC Quality Conference gets underway

DOHA 11th November 2015 (WAM) -- The 8th GCC Quality Conference got underway yesterday in Doha with the participation of a number of government organisations and representatives from GCC states.

According to the Qatar News Agency QNA the conference is organised by the Doha-based Gulf Development Centre. The conference main topics included Quality and Human Skills Role of Quality Systems in Developing Human Recourses the Commitment of Top Management and its Role in Corporate Excellence Success Stories Preparation of the Second Line Managers Quality and Customer Satisfaction and the Role of Human Development in Achieving Customer Satisfaction.
