(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Minister of Information and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Sheikh Salman Sabah Al-Salem Al-Humoud Al-Sabah on Tuesday discussed with the Hotel Owners Union ways of enhancing joint cooperation to serve the tourism sector in Kuwait.
Participants in the meeting that was attended by the Union's Chairman of the Board of Directors Dr. Ghazi Al-Nafisi, Dr. Hamad Al-Tuwaijri, Jawad Bukhamseen and Mohammed Abdulelah discussed the importance of regulating the cooperation relationship between the Ministry of Information and the Union, the Ministry of information said in statement.
They also discussed the importance of establishment of the General Authority for Tourism in order to serve and promote tourism in the country as one of the important components of the economy.
