Erdogan Obama discuss syrian crisis and fight against terrorism

Ankara: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan reviewed with his US counterpart Barack Obama in a telephone call Tuesday the latest developments on the Syrian arena and the fight against terrorism.

The Turkish Anadolu Agency (AA) quoted Turkish presidency sources as saying that the two leaders stressed the importance of the moderate Syrian opposition support and increase pressure on Daesh.

The two presidents also agreed to find a solution to the ongoing violence in Syria through negotiations and to put an end to the terrorist organization PKK's work in Turkey.
