First batch of UAE Troops Return from Yemen
(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) The First batch of UAE Armed Forces arrived home Saturday after handing over responsibilities to a new batch in Yemen within the Saudi-led Operations, Decisive Storm and Restoring Hope, to regain legitimacy in Yemen.
Emirates News Agency ( WAM) reported that the first batch of the UAE Armed Forces has contributed in liberating Marib, which is home to the ancient landmark, the Marib Dam, from the Al Houthis and forces loyal to ousted Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh.
