Qatar Circuit gets under way in Doha

(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Qatar’s Abdullah Al Tamimi in action against Egypt’s El Shorbagy (not pictured) at Qatar Classic in Doha last week. Al Tamimi will be seen in action in the main rounds of Qatar Circuit Championship starting today.

Doha: The qualifying rounds of the Qatar Circuit Championship 2015 PSA organised by Qatar Squash Federation (QSF) started yesterday at Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex.

The main draw matches will start today for both men and women and the finals will be played on November 10 informed Gamal Rasmi Technical Secretary at QSF.

Four players will qualify to the main draw from the qualifiers and join 12 players who have been seeded directly to the main draw.

The players who will feature in the main draw include Jens Schoor Mohamed Reda Abdulla Al Tamimi Lance Beddoes Jole Makin Nathan Lake Mazen Gamal Ammar Al Tamimi Matias Tuomi Robert Downer Edmon Moller and Abdulrahman Al Malki. The Arab players who competed in the qualifications include Abdullah Al Muzayen Ahmed Hussein Hesham Mohamed and Khaled Mostafa Ahmed Al Tamimi.
