Egypt's Raya IT signs USD14.9m data center's deal


(MENAFN) Egyptian Raya Information Technology recorded 25 percent sales progress over the first six months, according to latest reports.

The firm signed a contract with a state-run bank to build a data center and deliver infrastructure worth USD14.9 million, plus seeking to grow further in Africa.

Raya also will focus on providing solutions for the banking and communications sector, plus constantly evolving tech networks and communications centers.

"The company has contracted with Etisalat Egypt to construct a 1,000 sqm data Centre with 145 stalls at a cost of USD7.4 million," said the firm's CEO.
