(MENAFNEditorial) Established in 2010 and following on from the success of the 2014, the Dubai Pre-Owned Boat Show offers everything an aspiring or current boat owner could possibly need in one convenient location. Boating fans from across the Middle East are flocking to the scenic Dubai Creek Golf Club & Yacht Club to visit the event that began today and will run all weekend.
The goal of the Dubai Pre-Owned Boat Show 2015 is to make sailing more accessible to everyone and provide visitors with the opportunity to view striking pre-owned boats for sale, as well as take part in exciting activities on the waterfront. The unique event, which saw 85 yachts sold at an accumulate value of more than AED 11 million last year, is open to buyers and sellers from across the Middle East. All kinds of catamarans, boats, yachts and aquatic vessels ranging in price and size, up to 165 feet are on show and available to buy.
The Middle East is full of yachting enthusiasts and displays a range of fantastic vessels, so naturally, an event of this kind plays a key role in enabling people to purchase and register their new boats quickly and cost effectively, as well as meeting likeminded people with a passion for the industry. The Dubai Pre-Owned Boat Show gives boat buyers an intimate access to sellers and financers all on site throughout the three-day event, effectively providing them with the opportunity to 'buy and sail' on the same day.
Families and children will also be kept busy with a variety of activities including a dedicated kids' corner by Funky Monkeys, and The Island, offering live entertainment and a delicious live BBQ station with beverages to quench your thirst in addition to a host of food trucks from F&B village. There will also be a variety of water-based races and activity, thrills by Adventure HQ, Wild Wadi, and a host of prizes to be won every day.
The show runs from 4pm to 8pm on Thursday 5th November, and between 11am to 8pm on Friday 6th and Saturday 7th November. Activities will take place on Friday and Saturday between 1pm and 6pm. Entrance is free with some activities subject to a nominal fee.
