Walt Disney to invest in Vice media


(MENAFN) According to the financial times, which reported that Walt Disney has decided to invest 200USD million in edgy video producers vice media, to cover all of their current affairs for millennial generation.

Distinctly, Vice said it would continue to H2, by an extra movement from the Past network that is maintained by A&E Networks which could value the company with USD2.5billion after their investments of USD250million for a 10 percent stake in Vice last year.

In addition, next year the new network named "Viceland" with prime time displays, also including "Gaycation", with Ellen Page and Ian Daniel, "Huang's World", Loud, and Weediquette.

Vice, has started in 1994 as a Montreal inferior magazine which has owned an Emmy award last year and also has carved a position specialized for itself, and that in the period when TV networks have continued to get news for consumers who access it through digital and social media network.

Also by their growth into multimedia brands such as print, television, and online content, vice could record brands and book distributions.
