(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) A Saudi soldier was killed by shelling from the Yemeni territories, Ministry of Interior said Sunday.
The incident took place while patrols of the border guard were on duty in Jazan, added the ministry's spokesman in a statement.
The Saudi security forces had retaliated to the source of fire and fully controlled the situation, he noted.
