(MENAFN- Arab Times) A picture of students sitting on the ground inside a classroom, which has been circulating on social networking websites, contradicts the statement issued earlier by Ministry of Education to deny rumors of shortage of furniture in schools, reports Al-Rai daily.
In response, Assistant Undersecretary for Financial Affairs at Ministry of Education Yousef Al-Najjar affirmed that the furniture in storage is sufficient for all schools of the ministry, revealing that he has issued instructions to immediately meet the demands for furniture, books and curtains without any delay
