MWL Condemns Terrorist Attack in Saudi Arabia


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) General Secretariat of the Muslim World League (MWL) strongly condemned the heinous crime which took place Monday when a terrorist attacked a mosque in the city of Najran in Saudi Arabia.

The Secretary General of Muslim World League Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulmohsen Al-Turki said that such terrorist acts which aim to destabilize security in Saudi Arabia and terrorize innocent worshipers in the houses of God are contrary to all Islamic values and humanitarian and international principles.

Saudi Ministry of Interior Monday announced that following observing the prayer of Maghreb this evening, in Al-Mash'had Mosque, at Al-Dahzha quarter, in Najran, a man with an explosive belt entered the mosque and exploded himself, resulting in a worshipper dying as a martyr and injuring a number of other worshippers, who were admitted to hospitals.
