Trethowans Solicitors a leading South England law firm has recently completed its merger with Dickinson Manser of Poole.
Poole UK-- is a top 200 UK law firm that has been providing a comprehensive range of legal services to businesses and individuals for 150 years. Recently the firm merged with Poole-based law firm Dickinson Manser to better represent a larger and more diverse population of clients. Dickinson Manser can trace its origins in this region of England to 1768 and their combined firm now includes a staff of 180 people and 27 partners each with specialist skills in their practice areas. Managing partner Chris Whitley issued a statement on the 1st of October calling the merger something that had been “many months in the making.”
“Both practices have excellent reputations and the merger will only serve to enhance the new firm’s standing in the region” say Whitley.
The new firm retains the name Trethowans and continue to provide the same quality legal services that patrons have come to expect from both firms. The difference being that the combined law firm now has a team of over 65 lawyers who can now best utilise their unique experience and skill in a more collaborative team-based environment to offer a more comprehensive range of specialisms.
Currently their commercial client list includes global brands entrepreneurs owner-managed businesses and other regional employers from across the UK. The firm will also continue to represent individuals landowners property developers as well as Trustees.
