Kuwait oil price down 7 cents to USD 41.94 pb


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) The price of Kuwaiti crude oil went down by seven cents Wednesday to reach USD 41.94 per barrel compared to USD 42.01 pb on Tuesday, said Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) Thursday.
In the world markets, the future contracts for oil went down by about two percent due to information regarding the increase of commercial crude oil reserves in the US which went up by eight million barrel last week.
The Brent mix went down by 86 cents to reach USD 47.85 pb while the price for American crude went down by USD 1.09 to reach USD 45.20 pb.
