Jordan- Senate president receives Tunisian president
(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Senate President Abdul Raouf Rawabdeh on Wednesday reviewed with Tunisian President Beji Gaid Essebsi, means to boost relations between Jordan and Tunisia, mainly in the parliamentary field.
Rawabsdeh spoke about reforms that have been made by Jordan including the amendment of third of the constitution, the establishment of the Independent Elections Commission and the accomplishment of many laws to enhance democracy, public freedoms and human rights.
The Tunisian president stressed the importance of further promoting relations between the two countries in various domains.
