Turkey to hold seven day naval exercise

(MENAFN- The Journal Of Turkish Weekly) Turkey will hold naval exercises off its northwest coast from Wednesday the country’s general staff announced Tuesday.
NUSRET-2015 will run until Oct. 27 in Saros Bay off the coast of Canakkale province.
Military staff from Bahrain Bangladesh Georgia Qatar South Korea Pakistan Greece Romania and Turkmenistan will also take part in the exercise which will focus on mine laying and detecting.
The Turkish navy air force and coast guard will be involved in the exercise.
