(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Kuwaiti First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah on Tuesday received a written message from Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim Al-Jaafari.
Kuwait News Agency said the message pertains to Kuwaiti-Iraqi relations, issues of mutual interest and the latest regional and international developments.
