(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Riyadh 07 Muharram 1437October 20 2015 SPA -- Yemeni Vice President and Prime Minister Khaled Bahah met in Riyadh today US ambassador to Yemen Matthew H. Tueller.
Yemen News Agency reported that Bahah stressed during the meeting the government's keenness to stop more killings and destruction and to end the war and violations practiced by the Houthi and Saleh group against Yemeni people.
He also stressed that the government and local authorities are on the ground in all liberated areas and that work is under way in the various security relief and reconstruction fields and normalization of life in much of the liberated areas.
For his part the US ambassador stressed his country's keenness on the return of security and stability to all Yemeni cities and its condemnation of the actions carried out by coup forces against the Yemeni people.
