(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) Former One Direction member Zayn Malik has told his ex-fiancee Perrie Edwards he still loves her, reports mirror.co.uk.
He ended their four-year relationship earlier this year with a single message out of the blue, despite having planned a wedding with the Little Mix star.
He has since been seen out with a string of girls. And friends of Edwards are said to fear that she will take him back.
The source said: "Zayn has started messaging Perrie again saying he misses and still loves her. Although Perrie is trying to be strong and move on, it's obvious to everyone around her she's still in love with Zayn. Seeing him with other women is killing her."
Edwards has been linked with former TOWIE star Joey Essex and is currently promoting Little Mix's third album Get Weird in Australia .
But would she be willing to go back to Malik?
"So far they haven't met up and Zayn hasn't actually said he wants to get back together, just that he misses her," said the source. "Her friends are worried if he begs her to take him back she could crumble."
