(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) A Gulf national football teams championship, under 23 year-old, due on November in Bahrain, has been postponed to next year by the tourney's organizing committee.
The postponement decision was due to some teams' failing to prepare and be ready for November, Mirza Ahmad Ali, secretary-general of the GCC football organizing committee, said in a press statement.
The committee will determine the period where the championship will be held, Ali said, commending the constant cooperation between his committee and Gulf associations.
