(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) The State of Qatar renewed its strong condemnation and denunciation of continued Israeli escalation against the Palestinian people as well as to the killings and violations practiced by the Israeli occupation forces, which led to the death of dozens including women and children and wounded nearly 2000 people since the beginning of October.
In a statement issued on Monday, the Foreign Ministry reiterated Qatar's condemnation of the continued Israeli violations, including the storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque by a group of settlers today morning, calling on the international community to shoulder their responsibilities to provide protection to the Palestinian people and sanctities, particularly the Al-Aqsa Mosque, stressing on the special status of Jerusalem for Muslims and all divine religions.
The Foreign Ministry's statement expressed Qatar's rejection to the continuation of such acts of provocation that will increase tension and instability in the region.
