(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Saudi Arabia's Deputy Crown Prince and Defense Minister Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz met with UN Envoy to Yemen Ismail Ould Alshaikh Ahmad, official media reported Sunday.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed the latest developments in Yemen and efforts to achieve security and stability in that country, according to Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The meeting was attended by Minister of State and Cabinet's Member Dr. Musaed Al-Aiban and Chief of the General Intelligence Khaled Al-Humaidan.
The UN envoy Ahmad later met with Saudi Foreign Minister Adel Al-Jubeir and discussed the developments in Yemen and efforts to implement UN resolution 2216.
