Saudi inflation registers 2.3 percent growth in Sept


(MENAFN) Saudi Arabia's yearly inflation witnessed a high increase in September on the back of utility and housing expenses, according to the latest reports.

Kingdom's inflation stood at 2.3 percent in the mentioned month based on Central Department of Statistics' numbers, which marks its highest level in 2015.

In more detail, food and beverage prices jumped 1.9 percent, whereas Prices of housing and utilities surged 3.8 percent from last year's corresponding month.
