(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) From October 27 to November 5, 25 of Italy's top Michelin starred chefs will converge on Dubai's restaurant scene for the seventh Italian World Cuisine Summit, an annual culinary extravaganza showcasing the finest in Italian cuisine and culture.
Taking over the kitchens of some of Dubai's most celebrated Italian restaurants such as Alta Badia, Bice Mare, Cavalli Club and Roberto's, guests will be transported to the cucinas and tables of Italy with live cooking master classes, demonstrations and special limited edition menus designed and prepared by some of Italy's most celebrated master chefs such as Enrico Bartolini (Devero Restaurant**, Milan), Heinz Beck (La Pergola Restaurant***, Rome), Giorgio Locatelli (Locanda Locatelli Restaurant*, London) and Rosanna Marziale (pictured, Le Colonne, Caserta).
