(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Israeli occupation police early Monday shot dead a young Palestinian man near Lion's Gate in East Jerusalem.
Israeli police claimed that the Jerusalemite stabbed an Israeli settler in the presence of an Israeli policeman who shot dead the Palestinian, according to Israeli Radio.
The Radio added that Israeli forces closed the area and prevented Jerusalemites from accessing the scene.
