Oman Hotels receives USD36.23m offer for Al Falaj Hotel
(MENAFN) Oman Hotels and Tourism Company has received a non-binding offer for acquiring the assets and business of Al Falaj Hotel for a consideration of USD36.23 million.
The offer is subject to the legal and financial due diligence by the prospective acquirer, the Oman-based company said in a stock market filing.
The offer will be considered by the board of directors in their next meeting and further disclosure concerning this matter will be made as and when there are developments to report.
