Kuwait- Parliament speaker congratulates Tunisia on Nobel peace prize
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union (AIPU) President and Speaker of the National Assembly Marzouq Ali Al-Ghanim said on Sunday that the Tunisian National Dialogue Quartet was really worthy of winning the 2015 Nobel peace prize.
Al-Ghanim in a cable sent to Tunisian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Al-Nasser said that the Tunisian National Dialogue Quartet's efforts over years reflected the aspirations of the Tunisian people towards peace and democracy.
The speaker hailed Tunisia as a model of the Arab Spring for maintaining security and stability and safeguarding its people's dignity away from infighting, armed conflicts and chaos.
