Palestinian teen killed by Israeli fire in West Bank

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) A 13-year old Palestinian was killed on Sunday in clashes with the Israeli forces north of Ramallah in the West Bank, the Palestinian Ministry of Health said.
Ahmad Sharaka, from Al-Jalazoun refugee camp, was brought dead to the Palestinian Medical Complex after he received a rubber bullet in the head, the ministry added in a statement.
Witnesses said that Sharaka was shot though he was far away from the site of the clashes.
Thus, up to 24 Palestinians, including eight children, were killed by Israeli fire in the West Bank, Jerusalem and Gaza Strip in October.
The ministry noted that 74 Palestinians were shot with live bullets in clashes with the Israeli forces in Ramallah, Nablus and Tulkarm since Sunday morning.
Meanwhile, hundreds of Palestinians took part in a rally in central Gaza Strip in solidarity with their compatriots in Jerusalem and the West Bank, as well as protesting the Israeli policy toward Islamic sanctities.
Protesters held banners condemning the Israeli elaborate killings of civilians and exposing violations against the Palestinian people.
The march is part of a series of protests and functions that continue through Thursday, the Palestinian national powers said in a statement.
They called for an overall business strike all over the Strip on Tuesday, coinciding with one to be organized in the Palestinian governorates of the West Bank.
