(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) s part of the State of Qatar's Pavilion at Expo Milano 2015, Qatar Green Building Council (QGBC), a member of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development (QF), showcased the achievements Qatar's sustainability and green building sector has made in recent years.
Expo Milano was attended by representatives from over 140 countries to exhibit the best of their technologies offering sustainable solutions to an array of social and environmental issues.
Through its participation at this global exhibition and through a series of projects focusing on environmental sustainability, QGBC supports QF's mission to foster a progressive society, and seeks to support the Qatar National Vision 2030 (QNV2030) in creating a vibrant sustainability culture with a special focus on Qatar's booming construction industry.
