(MENAFN- Gulf Times) GCC ministers of culture will convene in Doha next Thursday for their 21st meeting under the chairmanship of HE the Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage Dr Hamad bin Abdul Aziz al-Kuwari.
The meeting is set to discuss a number of issues related to boosting mutual cultural co-operation between GCC states.
Speaking to QNA, Faleh al-Ajlan al-Hajri, director of culture and arts at the Ministry of Culture, Arts and Heritage, said the meeting is preceded by another one that brings together members of the GCC cultural committee on Monday and Tuesday. The committee will discuss several issues on the agenda as well upcoming Gulf events and the cultural strategy in the region.
