(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Qatar Stock Exchange index gained 116.97 points or +1.01% Tueday when it closed at 11,686.09 points. The market capitalization increased to QR 613.80 Billion from QR 607.88 Billion registered Monday.
The daily turn over increased to QR 291.881 Million with a volume of 8,711,187 shares from 4,468 deals compared with QR 196.61 Million with a volume of 6,139,199 shares from 3,515 deals on Monday.
Indices of all sectors ended in the green today with real estate gaining the most,up +1.73% to 2,782.81 points. QSE Total Return Index gained +1.01% (18,164.35 points).
From the 43 companies listed on QSE, shares of 38 companies exchanged hands today from these 27 gained, seven declined and four remained unchanged.
