King of Jordan Meets Special Envoy to Counter ISIL
(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Jordan's King Abdullah II stressed Monday the importance of intensifying cooperation, regional and international counter-terrorism efforts.
King Abdullah II made the remarks during a meeting held here today with the Special Presidential Envoy for the Global Coalition to Counter ISIL General John Allen. Talks focused on developments in the war against ISIL and efforts of the international coalition in this area.
In a separate meeting, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mashal al-Zaben Monday met with John Allen and his accompanying delegation. They discussed the latest regional and international developments.
